This place is GREAT. The customer service is very good. The people are very nice. Very well decorated lounge, too, and a very clean restroom.

The prices were very reasonable and the times were very quick: $440 to change all tires (including labor and tax) in an hour and a half + 3 hours to order the tires (you can do that from the comfort of your house), $45 for light change in 30 mins, and they didn't charge me for labor to change the windshield wipers.

I've been there twice now, and I was very satisfied both times. I plan to go back with any further maintenance in the future. - Sari M.

Bob and Dan are always friendly and thorough in discussing the problem and the recommended repair. Recently, they worked with my extended warranty company to save me over $400 on replacement of front shocks and struts. No one likes paying a big car repair bill but it is great to know we can count on the guys at Gateway to get the job done quickly and right!
